Eichenberg Lobato Abreu & Advogados Associados

The tax department at Eichenberg, Lobato, Abreu & Advogados Associados cover all taxes matters and represents its clients before the federal, state, and municipal courts. Edmundo Cavalcanti Eichenberg leads the team.

The past year the team provided legal defense to Ediba in which it filed a writ of mandamus in favour of the clients to cancel the collection of ITBI on the paid-in properties that in cases of payment are exempt. Other cases are confidential. 

The team welcomed two new partners: Luiz Afrânio de Araújo previously from Veirano Advogados and Diego Campos Rocha from ACA - Attilio da Costa e Albuquerque Advogados.
