The practice stands out for its international taxation

During the research period, the EY tax team has been active in the Transactional tax space. The firm assisted Lumen Technologies in their sale of its incumbent local exchange carrier to Apollo Global Management.
The $2.7 billion sale, involved an indirect transfer of a Peruvian subsidiary, and is a part of the clients LATAM exit strategy.
