Andrea Fiorelli, who specialises in business and financial transaction tax, leads the firm's tax department. He is assisted by a staff of 13 people, including three partners, one counsel and a team of associates.

During the research phase, the business aided CaixaBank with the tax aspects of its first Italian branch set up in Milan. The team also advised Motorola Solutions on the tax implications of its acquisition of Videotec, an Italian global provider of video security solutions.
