During the research phase, the firm assisted one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds on the purchase of a majority stake in a hospitality structure with hotels throughout Greece, Spain and Portugal. The team also represented a Maltese online betting company in a tax dispute against the Greek tax authorities before the Greek Administrative Court of Appeal, involving the illegal imposition of corporate income tax.
In January 2023, the team hired many senior and assistant managers, including assistant managers Matentziadi Christina and Zygogiannis Thomas.
