It specializes in direct taxes (including transfer pricing), indirect taxes, tax litigation and international taxation. The firm represents clients mainly in the automotive, pharmaceutical, technology, entertainment, services, and luxury markets.
During the research period the team represented its client in recovering PIS and COFINS tax credits. The group obtained several favorable decisions granting a very expressive number of credits.
