During the research period, the team took on a matter related to the “tax war” between some states. The war is the result of states creating local tax incentives to attract investments, however, under Brazilian Constitution it is necessary that all states had an agreement for tax incentives concession. The firm provided all the advisory for the success of the waiver of liability procedure.
