Huapu Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Huapu Tianjian) has announced its merger with a leading firm in China and renamed RSM China (容诚).
With the new merger the firm now has 3,200 partners and employees across 15 offices. The new team brings a strong customer base and deep expertise in its local tax, consulting and risk advisory practices.
RSM China will open several new offices in Xiamen, Wuxi, Fuzhou, Nanning and Nanjing. Its international client service will be based in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
The firm will offer strong client service capabilities for both its local and international clients. In addition, the merger allows the wider RSM network to operate in the Chinese market.
