A new firm has spun-off from international firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Düsseldorf.
Lüdicke & Kollegen has been launched by Jochen Lüdicke, who had previously spent almost three decades with the Magic Circle firm and is a recognised tax leader in Germany, with a specific focus on families and family held enterprises.
He is joined in his new venture by three other lawyers: Partners Astrid Eiling, a UHNWI specialist, and Benno Fischer, whose focus is on high-end tax advice for companies and closed funds. They are additionally joined by associate Philipp Butler Ransohoff, who has a background in tax law.
