McDermott Will & Emery has announced the expansion of is tax and private offering in Miami with the addition of a team of six new lawyers.
The team joins the firm from DLA Piper and includes partners Mike Silva, Gregory Weigand and Arianne Plasencia, as well as counsel Ryan Coyle.
Silva most recenty served as an international tax partner DLA, while Weigand was of counsel and Plasencia and coyle were both associates.
