Mayer Brown bolsters transactional tax team in New York

International firm Mayer Brown has announced the addition of new partner to its tax transactions and consulting practice New York office.

Daniel Kiely joins the firm from OneMain Financial, where he served as a senior VP and chief tax officer, where he had been for almost four years. Prior to that he had been with GE Capital for more than 10 years.

His extensive experience includes a wide range of federal income tax matters, with a particular focus on domestic and international asset finance transactions.
