Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has boosted its tax practice in New York with the addition of partner Edward Wei.
The new partner joins the firm from Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, where had had been partner since 2011.
Wei has a focus on a wide range of US and international tax matters, including private equity, M&A, IPOs, bankruptcy restructuring, REITs and other real estate transactions.
