Garrigues has boosted its tax practice in Mexico with the addition of new partner Manuel Llaca Razo and four tax litigation attorneys.
Llaca brings with him more than 20 years of experience. He came from KPMG, where he had been a partner since 2011.
Previously, he had been senior manager tax litigation and dispute resolution at PwC.
