GSK Stockmann advised Song Capital on the refinancing of a portfolio of German rehabilitation clinics, operated by MEDIAN, the largest operator of rehabilitation hospitals in Germany.

The 10-year €702.5 million facility was provided to a joint venture between the US-American investment trust Medical Properties Trust , Inc. and the European investment and asset manager Praemia REIM. European real estate investment company Song Capital provided the financing with support from a consortium of global institutional insurance investors.
