Global firm Dentons has announced the addition of a new corporate tax partner to its team in Frankfurt.
Pia Dorfmueller joins the firm from P+P Pöllath + Partners, where she served as a tax advisor and partner for more than nine years. Prior to that she had worked as a lecturer at the University of Mannheim and before that served a stint at PwC in New York.
Her work covers a number of topics that includes restructuring, transactional tax and tax controversy, especially joint audits.
