Bracewell has announced the addition of an experienced new partner to its tax group in Washington, DC.
Don Lonczak joins the firm from Baker Botts, where he had been a tax partner for more than seven years. Prior to that he had served as a partner with Shearman & Sterling, where he had been for almost 22 years.
He brings with him a solid track record in various transactional matters, including notably in the energy sector, where he has extensive experience structuring renewable energy projects eligible for the production tax credit or investment tax credit.
