US firm Blank Rome as announced the addition of five new attorneys to its tax, benefits, and private client group based in New York.
Senior counsel Irwin Slomka, of counsel Matthew Cammarata, Eugene Gibilaro and Kara Kraman, and senior attorney Michael Pearl all join the firm from Morrison & Foerster.
The team brings with it significant experience handling state and local tax controversies at the audit, administrative and judicial levels both in New York and nationwide.
