The San Francisco office of international firm Baker Botts has announced a new addition to its tax team.
Jon Feldhammer joins the firm from Perkins Coie, where he had been since 2016. He previously worked with Feurzeig Mark & Chavin and served in the office of the the Chief Counsel at the IRS.
His particular expertise lies in advising on complex tax controversies for clients before the IRS, California Franchise Tax Board and other state agencies, as well as on international and domestic tax controversies.
