Helsinki-based firm Alder & Sound has announced the addition of a new head of tax to the team in Finland.
Johanna Kannisto joins the firm from KPMG Finland, where she had been for more than five years. Previously she had been with Verona International and Deloitte.
She brings with her extensive experience advising both domestic and foreign companies in corporate income tax and international tax matters, and in corporate law.
