He also has extensive experience in advising on international dispute and arbitration processes, collaborating in particular with North American groups in the resolution of litigation with accounting and commercial effects.
Appointed as one of the 5 Arbitrators for Spain by the European Commission in relation to 90/463/EEC - Convention on the elimination of double taxation in respect of the adjustment of the profits of associated enterprises. (Arbitration Convention).
