Kelly is a Tax & Legal partner in Global Employer Services (GES) supporting clients across global mobility, employment taxes and payroll, and equity and incentives.
Joined Deloitte in August 2013 and since then has worked with multi-national and Irish domestic companies across a variety of sectors. Kelly leads the co-ordination of expatriate tax services and employment taxes on a number of clients across EMEA and globally.
Enjoys helping clients to build and scale their global workforce, offering insights and practical experience on how organizations can leverage a global workforce to deliver on strategic priorities.
Kelly advises clients on the tax implications of mobile employees, including compliance with cross-border tax regulations.
Also advises clients on employment tax and reporting obligations relating to employee compensation and benefits packages. She supports clients with Revenue audits and interventions along with undertaking tax due diligences ahead of M&A transactions.
An Associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA), a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA),and is a member of the Irish Tax Institute Council since 2023
Kelly was recognized by the International Tax Review (ITR) as a rising star for 2025.
