As a lawyer, Cristina provides legal consultancy and follows trial proceedings in criminal, corporate and financial law as Legal Counsel to leading Corporate Groups. Cristina is Director of our Criminal Tax Unit.
She and her team deal with the overall aspects of the various cases, assisting clients from the very preliminary phases to actual trial proceedings, representing them before the Courts (at all levels of jurisdiction) working in close cooperation with other practice areas of the Firm under the leadership of Ivo Caraccioli, eminent Professor of criminal tax law and one of the most authoritative academics in the said area.
Along with her extensive trial experience Cristina’s in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of the Italian Criminal Court system and procedures, she is also a regular contributor to specialized publications in the field of criminal tax law and participates in numerous conventions as a speaker in her areas of expertise.
