Kunj Vaidya

Kunj is the National Transfer Pricing leader for PwC India with over eighteen years of experience in providing quantitative and strategic analyses to companies interested in establishing pricing policies. Kunj has also assisted various companies with alternative dispute resolutions in the US, Australia, and India.

Academic qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant 
• Master's degree in commerce
• Master's in Business Administration from Sam Walton School of Business, US
• Certified Public Accountant from the US (Not licensed)

Kunj has assisted companies with operational transfer pricing, both in planning and implementation phases; and intellectual property (IP) migration. In recent times, he has also been closely working with transfer pricing matters for companies operating in the digital economy. Kunj has also lead various APAs with complex structures adopting non-conventional approaches.
