Meir Linzen is the Chairman of Herzog and Head of the firm’s Tax Department. With over four decades of experience, he is widely recognized as one of Israel’s leading experts in international taxation and private client advisory.

Meir specializes in advising high-net-worth individuals on complex domestic and international tax planning, as well as estate and succession matters. He serves as Chairman of both the Tax Committee and the International Law Committee of the Israeli Bar Association. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and formerly chaired the Trusts Committee of the Israeli Bar Association.

  • Within the framework of the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the Norwegian Government, composed the model for cooperation between Israel and the Palestinian Authority Under the auspices of the Dutch Government and in conjunction with Palestinian, Jordanian, and Israeli colleagues
