Clint has worked professionally in Cambodia for over ten years, and in that time has been involved in some of the largest commercial transactions in Cambodia. He advises a wide range of clients, from large globally-listed companies to small- and medium-sized businesses.

• Acting as tax advisor with respect to the largest M&A transaction in Cambodian history. Provided tax advice and assisted with implementation of the transaction.
• Acting as the lead tax advisor with respect to the negotiation of a petroleum agreement of an onshore block with the Cambodian regulators.
• Acting as the lead tax advisor on the successful merger of two of the largest telecom providers in Cambodia.
• Provided tax structuring and assisted in the implementation of a large number of manufacturing and agricultural entities in Cambodia utilizing the tax and customs incentives contained in Cambodia’s investment regulations.
• Provided informal advice to the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Cambodia with respect to the draft taxation provisions regarding the taxation of the oil and gas industry.
