He also held positions at Ernst & Young US, Ernst & Young Chile, and Baker & McKenzie Chile, providing tax advisory services to clients in various industries, including mining and metals, and handling corporate reorganizations, project financing, cross-border services and other international business issues.
At Clyde & Co Chile, Cristóbal leads the firm's tax practice, advising and defending clients on local and international tax matters, particularly for foreign capital companies. His work includes assisting with project finance, business reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border services.
Cristóbal earned his Licenciate in Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2012, a Diploma in Transfer Pricing from Universidad de Santiago de Chile in 2021, and a Master’s in Tax Law from Georgetown University in 2017.
