Norberto Ruiz

In 2023 was awarded the "Rising Star of the Year" award by the Legal 500 ranking, as well as recognized as a rising star by the Leaders Guide.

He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association and participates regularly in tax forums.

He obtained his law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Tec de Mty.) in 2011. He continued his academic training with a master’s degree in Tax Law from Universidad Panamericana, graduating with honors.

His practice includes advising clients on transactions with tax effects, representing their interests before the tax authorities in audits, conclusive agreements (settlements), administrative appeals, and trials before state and federal courts, including the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice.
