Andrea Addamiano

Andrea Addamiano is a counsel in the tax group of Baker McKenzie's Luxembourg office. He has over 15 years of experience, having previously worked as senior tax advisor within a Big 4 and within Baker McKenzie since 2011.

Andrea has experience in all areas of Luxembourg income tax law, with an emphasis on corporate taxation. He advises local and international clients on corporate and general tax planning in relation to mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring for MNEs and the fund industry. He participates in leading international projects on tax related matters.

Andrea has also a strong focus on tax controversy matters helping client in domestic and international tax disputes.
