Vishal has over 20 years of experience in the field of Tax & Transaction Structuring. He is the Founder of Aurtus Consulting LLP, a high-end and boutique tax consulting firm. Prior to founding Aurtus Consulting, he was a Partner at KPMG and one of the co-founders of Dhruva Advisors LLP. Vishal has also worked in organizations such as PwC and RSM.
Vishal has worked on marque M&A transactions, Corporate reorganizations, Family succession matters and complex regulatory issues. His area of expertise also includes devising succession structures, advising on domestic / international tax issues, and structures for inbound and outbound investments. Over his career, he has worked with clients across industry sectors ranging from Infrastructure, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals to Tech start-ups, Telecom, Fintech, Financial Services, etc.
Vishal has authored books and numerous academic articles on tax & regulatory matters and regularly takes up lectures at conferences in India.
