Centrum has recently reached an agreement to cooperate with ETL Global, which has a network of more than 200,000 professionals in 50 countries. In addition, Centrum has established a new office in the capital city Ankara. Some of the new clients added to Centrum’s portfolio are active in industries such as airways, port management, e-commerce and entertainment. The consulting firm focuses in digital economy and e-commerce. Burçin Gözlüklü, managing partner, leads the tax practice. Centrum has bolstered its tax team with new hires including two tax directors.
Centrum advised a client on establishing an international holding company structure to improve the tax efficiency of the group, more so focusing on the dividends allocation from the overseas subsidiaries to the individual shareholders. Centrum assisted the client in restructuring the group companies and organised the overseas subsidiaries under an international holding company.
