The Nigerian commercial law firm offers a comprehensive tax service, covering contentious and non-contentious matters, including transfer pricing. In addition, the practice has expertise in industry sectors such as energy, telecommunications, technology, financial services, mining, and construction. The key tax figures leading the practice are tax partners Akinbiyi Abudu, Temitope Samagbeyi, James Adeagbo, Temitope Oni, and Sandra Momah; however, tax partner Larry Eyinla departed the firm in June 2022.
