Across its global network, the team has the knowledge, experience and resources to assist multinational corporations in complicated cross-border transactions. Stefanos Mitsios manages the practice, which includes seven tax partners and 330 tax professionals.
During the research period, the firm aided a conglomerate with the entire tax structuring for the group's reorganisation, its operating model and corporate governance reform, as well as its refinancing and debt restructuring. The firm also supported ELLAKTOR with pre-transaction reorganisation as well as comprehensive structuring and implementation of the joint venture mechanics that fit both contracting parties' business aims as well as the bankers' funding constraints.

TPS Greece was launched in 2021 as a subsidiary of the Spanish International TPS, an independent firm founded in 2010 and consisted of highly skilled specialists with extensive experience in tax advice on transfer pricing and related-party transactions. The team provides transfer pricing advice and documentation services to local and global firms in need of an effective approach to the design, execution, documentation and defence of their transfer prices.
