&Co Advisory France ("&Co Advisory") was established in November 2022 with the objective of delivering high-quality transfer pricing and valuation services. The firm is headquartered in Paris.

Our Team: &Co Advisory was co-founded by Alexis Popov and Martin Serre, formerly of EY France, where they held the positions of Associate Partner and Manager in the Transfer Pricing team, respectively. The firm has since grown to a team of eight professionals, currently comprising: 1 Partner, 1 Senior Manager, 1 Manager, 1 Senior Consultant, 2 Junior Consultants, and 2 Trainees. Our ambition is to continue building a technically robust and value-driven team, capable of meeting evolving client expectations and addressing emerging challenges. We aspire to become a leading boutique firm in the transfer pricing space, offering an agile alternative to the dominant Big Four model in France.

Our Services: &Co Advisory offers a comprehensive suite of transfer pricing services, including diagnostics, TP policy design and implementation, operational modelling, documentation, benchmarking (including financial benchmarking), and audit support. We also provide valuation services often linked to transfer pricing matters, such as valuations of goodwill, equity, and intellectual property, in the context of business restructurings, exit tax compliance, and more.

Geographic Reach: While our primary focus is on the French market, we have developed strong expertise across Francophone Africa and the Maghreb region. Our on-the-ground presence across African jurisdictions has allowed us to build a deep and practical understanding of local environments, which we bring to bear in our client engagements.

Awards: &Co Advisory has been ranked « Excellent » by Décideurs Magazine in the « Transfer Pricing Taxation» category for 2024 (Link: https://www.leadersleague.com/fr/classements/droit-fiscal-fiscalite-des-prix-de-transfert-cabinet-d-avocats-france-2024).
