The tax department advises in matters such as structuring compensation models applicable to top executives in multinationals, including stock option, LTI, RSU; debt financing transaction, including debentures, commercial papers, real estate bonds etc.; structuring tax planning both for the buy side and the sell side, with the purpose of reducing the tax burden on capital gains, considering different procedures of paying (receiving) the acquisition price, and also inbound corporate and family business reorganizations with the scope of a more efficient tax structure and wealth-planning advice.
During the research period, the firm advised FCB Brasil Publicidade e Comunicação with a cross-border crypto asset deal with a triangular transaction.
