During the research period, the firm represented Sao Braz who filed a lawsuit against the National Treasury to obtain recognition of the unconstitutionality of the requirement of an isolated fine, for failure to collect estimates, concomitant with the ex-officio fine, for lack of payment of IRPJ/CSLL ascertained in the annual adjustment.
