Headquartered in São Paulo and operating throughout Brazil for 18 years, our firm started 2022 by reinforcing its practice in Brasília.
The growing demand from our clients regarding leading cases encouraged us to seek greater specialization for our work before the higher courts, and thus a new partner, Nina Pencak, is joining our team.
Nina has been an assistant to a Federal Supreme-Courts Justice for the past 5 years, an experience that has given her a deep knowledge of constitutional jurisdiction. She has extensive experience in tax law, holds a doctorate and a master’s degree in Public Finance and Taxation from UERJ (Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro), is a professor at IDP (Instituto Brasileiro de Ensino, Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa), in Brasília, cofounder of the legal collective Elas Discutem, and author of several legal articles.
In addition to being responsible for the firm’s expansion process in Brasília, Nina will certainly add a lot to all the strategic advocacy work we develop.
