Advising one of the largest US companies with investment in the energy sector in Mexico with the Mexican tax structuring to acquire stock from the public at the Mexican stock exchange market and sell it to a private investment fund for approximately US 3,370 million. 

Acting as the tax advisor for one of the largest companies engaged in the real estate sector in Mexico with the tax structuring to become a public REIT at the Mexican stock exchange market. Value of the portfolio was approximately US 900 million.
