The team consists of around 30 lawyers and professionals operating across two offices. Senior Partner Genc Boga is a key individual at the firm.
During the research period, the firm provided tax assistance to British Airways, Alitalia, ITA and others on corporate income tax, VAT, tax processes and municipal taxes. The team also provided advice for Porsche Mobility on transfer pricing.

During the study period, the company advised a prominent investment firm on a sell-side assignment involving American Hospital, a prominent market player in the healthcare industry in Albania and Kosovo. Commercial, financial, tax vendor due diligence, evaluation of projected financial information, and IT and HR review were all part of the advice.
